Johann Sebastian Bach

Good news today, we have our first music application approved. It took us one month to get through, but now we open a new line of educational applications devoted to classic and modern music.

iTunes link to Johann Sebastian Bach

Bach is a continuation of Greatest Composers application, which was rejected and we still hope to release it someway in the future.

Unlike Greatest Composers Bach has all music files inside the application, so that there is no need to download tracks to listen to them.
That means the application is quite large – 191mb, but you need to download it only once and you will get 45 tracks of great classic music.

World Countries 2.0

We have been working for 2 months on a new version of World Countries. This update is not just an improvement, it’s a complete redesign and almost fully redeveloped new application. That’s why we assigned it version 2.0. What we have done:
1. Complete update of the content. New CIA Factbook and updated wikipedia articles. We added definitions and ratings from CIA Factbook
2. Completely new design. New icon, new home screen and layout for info
3. Split factbook info into smaller categories.
4. Added History and bookmarking features
5. Added full screen flags with flag descriptoins
6. Updated Quiz with animations and graphic buttons
7. Added two flag games – memory match and flag guess

The update is on review at the moment. As it’s there for more that a week, we expect it to be released any time soon.

Our plans for next versions include:
* more country specific content from wikipedia
* more maps (continents and regions)
* photos from countries
* anthems
and some other features.

Please send us your feature requests and feedback to support @ ads-sg.com

Art 4.2 update

We have made a big leap in our 4.0 version of Art by extending the image library from 400 to 5000. That was not an easy transition. Many users experienced discomfort about our new design and most of all about the need to download images or view them only when you are online.

We reacted promptly and came out with new design and ability to download all images in bulk. We also added German, French and Spanish languages and almost done with Russian. We have also greatly improved our Quiz game so that it looks more like a game with animation, timing and scores.

Unfortunately Art is consuming a lot of memory and that causes the app to crash sporadically. We are working on that issue and will make it stable with our next updates.

Planned for this week’s update (4.3): stability (crash) fix, Russian localization, minor interface fixes.
For upcoming update on the next week (4.4) we plan to add 30 more artists and slideshow feature.
